The European Regulation EU/2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") establishes rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules relating to the free movement of such data. In compliance with the principle of transparency established by art. . 5 of the Regulation, Luxury Travel Group S.r.l., as Data Controller, provides you with the information required by articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation.
Purpose of the treatment
The personal data you provide will be treated according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy, your rights and in compliance with the company privacy policy. I also undertake to process your data in compliance with the "minimization" principle, i.e. by acquiring and processing data limited to what is necessary with respect to the following purposes. a) Direct marketing by Luxury Travel Group S.r.l. : to receive newsletters, information material, by e-mail, SMS (Short Message Service) or otherwise, as well as by telephone calls via operator and paper mail; b) Profiling activities so as to improve the offer of products/services, to allow you to develop your profile and analyze consumption habits and choices, in order to improve the commercial offer and the services offered. c) Direct marketing of third party partners: to receive newsletters, informative material, SMS (Short Message Service) or other communications, as well as by telephone calls via operator and paper mail, from independent third parties who are Data Controllers, operating in the various product sectors.
We also inform you that: in relation to the purposes referred to in points a) and b) the processing may be carried out without your consent as it is necessary for the execution of the contract of which you are a part (Article 6.1 letter b) of the Regulation) ; in relation to the purposes referred to in points c), the processing may be carried out without your consent as necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations (Article 6.1 letter c) of the Regulation);

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Specific security measures are observed for prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Please note that the cancellation of the name from the Luxury Travel Group data archive entails the renunciation of all the services offered by the Company.
